I am broadly interested in the process of speciation and adaptation. Currently, I am a National Science Foundation research fellow in the Department of Evolutionary Genetics at the Max Planck Institute for Evolutionary Anthropology in Leipzig, Germany. I conducted my PhD research in the laboratory of Michael Nachman at the University of Arizona and my MS research in the laboratory of Jack Sullivan at the University of Idaho.

In January 2010, I will be starting as an Assistant Professor in the Division of Biological Sciences at the University of Montana. A detailed description of my current and past research and related publications can be found via the links above.
